What’s there to say really? I’m a 24 year old UMN Computer Science drop-out living in Oshkosh, WI who is hoping to one of these days get things back on track and finish his (maybe) 2/3’s complete Computer Science degree. I am working on a few Java projects that I most likely will not finish due to either lack of time or lost interest. I live in a slightly less than terrible apartment complex. Its only real redeeming quality is that it is very close to work and also very close to the dog park.

Speaking of dog parks, here’s the single most awesome beagle that I know, Molly:On the hunt by mitchpond, on Flickr She’s really the only reason I haven’t gone crazy up here and was the single best purchasing decision of my life. I can promise that the content of this site will more than likely be 98% composed of pictures of her doing various things or me spouting off about which possession of mine she decided to destroy today.

Currently I’m working for Perfecseal (who makes various forms of films and packaging for the medical industry), a subsidiary of Bemis (who makes other various films and packagings for various other industries). I am currently employed as a pouch machine operator and have been with them since Feb ‘07. What can I say about the job; it really blows. It’s a 12-hour shift and, on top of that, it’s swing-shift meaning that every two weeks we rotate from night shift to day shift. 6 to 6. It’s the very definition of a dead-end job.

That’s pretty much it. There may or may not be anything more to follow here. Stay tuned. Or don’t. You probably won’t miss much.
